Libra season has a natural alignment with the autumn equinox with Libra’s natural pursuit of equilibrium.
YOGA - Laura will guide you through gentle yoga and somatic experiences for an astrologically embodied experience connecting with Libra ruled body parts to invite a sense of levelling, restoration and peace to restore inner and outer harmony.
ASTROLOGY - Ruth will guide you through the astrology of the season with wisdom to equip you through this cosmic transition. You will receive a printed guide to provide clarity of the potent energy emerging and how it impacts you personally.
